ABOUT ME: I am a Connecticut transplant of 16 years and a first-time Mom! I moved to this beautiful state in 2010 and after renting for one year, I embarked on my first homebuying experience; it was the most fun I've ever had! Fourteen years later, I've been through three homebuying experiences personally and have house-hunted for many family and friends before deciding to become a Real Estate Agent. As a Real Estate Agent, I believe buying or selling a home should feel exciting, not overwhelming. This is my goal for every client I work with.
MY BACKGROUND: I truly love homes, home searches and making something 100% my own. After my husband and I bought our first home in Plainville, CT, we completely renovated it on our own before ultimately selling it to purchase a larger home in preparation for building a family. Now, my husband and I currently own a home in Bristol's historic district of Federal Hill and I truly love the character that these Federal Hill homes have retained. I have a passion for DIY-ing (and hands-on experience, too) and dreaming up what a home could look like with a few tweaks to match your personal style. We are dog lovers in my house and have a French bulldog named Gilbert. Somehow Gilbert's silly stories make their way into every conversation! I'm a practicing School Counselor, so families are at the forefront of what I do and I fully understand that family comes first in all things, including real estate!
I'm excited to help others find the fun in viewing properties, to find a home that fits their life's needs, and ultimately buy a new home that they've been dreaming about. My goal is always to reduce some of the stress that comes with buying and selling a home, and I work hard to get my clients the best purchase or sale price possible for their property. As your agent, I will bring invaluable real estate knowledge, the ability to advocate and negotiate on your behalf, and a network that includes access to the Multiple Listing Service (MLS), which allows your home to be seen by a greater number of buyers. My role is to provide clear guidance, honest advice, and practical education, so you can make confident decisions at your own pace. With all of this in our back pocket, we can get you into, or out of, your home and take away some of the stress of this process, so you can focus on the adventures that lie ahead! I've got you!
